Wine tours with Young visitors

You are visiting the Loire Valley with your family? Why not book and enjoy a wine tour that will allow your children to be part of the adventure? Because we think discovering the vineyard is not an activity reserved to adults, we offer wine tours and wine activities that are adapted to children. Our Gourmet Stroll is one of them.

During the guided walk in the vineyard, a scavenger hunt allows children to discover more about the vine and the winemaker's work during the year. We then take a break at the heart of the vineyard, on one of the plots of land owned by our family winery, for a tasting adapted to both grown-ups and children. While the parents taste 5 Vouvray and /or Touraine wines produced at our winery, the youngest get to try 3 local fruit juices in dark glasses. A fun tasting that also includes local delicacies to discover what is produced in the area. And to make the tour even more fun and educational, a sensory game is offered during the wine tasting: recognising wine aromas from small flasks. At the end of the wine tour, every child is given a booklet to take home with games and quizzes about the vine and wine.

NB : this wine tour does not include the visit of the rock-hewn cellar. Nevertheless, in case the weather does not allow us to taste in the vineyard, the wine and juice tasting will take place either in the wine cellar or in the tasting room.
